I was commissioned to design a bold and distinctive new identity for the renowned queer club night, Horseplay. The aim was to elevate its brand recognition and expand revenue opportunities through merchandising. The brief called for an aesthetic that was unapologetically bold, modern, and queer, blending tongue-in-cheek humour with a rebellious punk attitude. The resulting “Horseplay” identity embodies these values, capturing the club night’s vibrant energy and inclusive ethos while creating a strong visual presence that resonates both on and offline. The new branding positions Horseplay as a standout in the LGBTQ+ nightlife scene, ensuring it remains a creative and cultural force.
