Project Notes: Latinx Youth Theatre
Latinx Youth Theatre (LYT), founded by Carlos Ossa, is a dynamic creative hub for young Latinx theatre enthusiasts in London. It offers a unique space for emerging talent to develop their craft through masterclasses, cultural excursions, and collaboration with top theatre professionals. LYT blends Latin American and British performing arts, creating a supportive environment where young creatives can hone their skills, build confidence, and engage with the wider theatre industry. With roots in community-based arts, Carlos Ossa’s work continues to use theatre as a transformative tool for social change.
I was tasked with creating a vibrant and dynamic corporate identity for Latinx Youth Theatre, tailored for both online and offline marketing campaigns. The goal was to design flexible branding that could seamlessly adapt across various media applications, reflecting the energy and creativity of the youth theatre. The identity had to resonate with a diverse, young audience while maintaining a professional appearance suitable for industry and public engagement.
