Sanj Property is a trusted rental property management company based in Cardiff, specialising in providing exceptional service for both property owners and tenants. Sanj Marwhala approached me to develop a clean, professional corporate identity for his rental and property management company. To reflect the company’s connection to Cardiff and its heritage, I incorporated the Welsh word for “House” and the distinctive roof shape from the Welsh alphabet into the logo, creating a design that is both meaningful and visually striking. This logo effectively combines professionalism with a sense of local identity, perfectly representing Sanj Property’s values and services.
